Introduction

Adventure Escape Mysteries: The Squire’s Tale introduces a new story to unfold, hidden objects to discover, characters to interact with, and mini-games to play. The mechanics and the gameplay are almost identical; however, the plot and characters differ. Therefore, you must consider it a new case before jumping in to put your puzzle and detective skills to the test. At the end of AEM: The Squire’s Tale Chapter 6, Cedrick has obtained a Sword of Light; unfortunately, it became damaged, and now your ultimate goal is to make it repair to defeat the Monster King.

Four to five areas are available to explore; each holds a set of objects to interact with and solve puzzles. AEM: The Squire’s Tale – Chapter 7 Walkthrough

First, the game takes you to a new environment, where a viscous monster waits for you to fight. At the end of chapter 6, we find that Cedric is trying to bring a Sword of Light out of a massive stone, but he fails. Instead of breaking the Sword of Light, our heroes are trying to battle against the monster king but forget to get him down; therefore, now they have to find hidden objects to solve mysteries and continue the story to reach the end.

  • As a hero, you must investigate the scene to find Gloves, Old Key, Shovel, and Rope.
  • Head to your inventory to select the key that you have recently collected, and use it to unlock the toolbox on the ground to get a Screwdriver and a Can of Tuna.
  • Now, you should use the Screwdriver from your panel to remove the manhole available above the toolbox you recently opened and look inside to get a Fishbone and Medallion half using gloves.
  • Go to your panel, choose the Can of Tuna and Fishbone from your panel, and put them on the plate near the Shark Statue.
  • We suggest you select the rope to tie it to the anchor and get it. First, choose and throw the anchor at the balcony and try to climb it. It may bring the whole tower down and gives you a chance to search it, but before you need to use your shield to move the massive stones out of your way.
  • Interact with the cupboard, open its door, and get an Umbrella that you must use to get a medallion half hanging on a string.
  • Get out of the tower and try to attach both halves of the medallion to get a full piece. Place the medallion in the Round Slot and go through the elevator, but first, you need to solve a puzzle where your goal is to drag the ball and try to track the slot on the right side. Circles rotate as you move the ball or pass through them to change the track.
  • As you interact with the elevator, you learn that something is wrong, and you have to solve various puzzles to get it moving again.

Enter the Elevator

  • Once you solve the puzzle, the game takes you ahead of the elevator, where you must find hidden objects, including Wooden Plank on the left side.
  • Tap the curtain on the right side to get it aside, and click on the mask with green gems to get a gemstone. The second Gemstone is on the elevator.
  • There is a box on the right side where you tap to open the zoom view and make a hit at + to open a section below it to get a Hand Saw and Bandages.
  • Use the Saw to cut the window on the left side and bring the plank near the fire to get a burning plank.

Head to the circuit on the right side and tap the third button from the bottom to open the elevator to a new level. See through the window to discover what’s new available there and head to the circuit to tap the 4th button.

  • Similarly, you must go to the top floor, where you discover a Board with one Gemstone as the elevator doors open. Head to your inventory to select Gemstones from there and place them on the board to reveal a Secret Section and obtain Candelabra.
  • Now, you should go to a level down and tap the board inside the elevator to reveal a puzzle where you must enter the code, such as 3432 in Roman, to open a secret section. You can get a key from there and keep it in your inventory.
  • Tap the 4th button from the top and wait until the elevator opens; select a Candelabra from your panel and place it in its position. Now, use the Burning Plank from your panel and burn all Candles. Your objective is to extinguish particular candles to get a key, and those scandals are the following, such as 1, 4 from the first row and 3rd from the 2nd row.
  • Tap the third button from the top and remove the rug to discover a trapdoor and open it to get your hand on a circuit where you must use the bandages to repair wires, as well as pull the handle on the circuit to turn off lights.
  • Enter the elevator and tab the mini-game to open the zoom view, where you must set balls in a particular location. To solve the puzzle, you have to set the first ball on the 3rd from the top and second on the second line, third on the first line, 4th on the 5th line, and 5th on the 4th
  • As the secret section will open, you should claim your key and go to the fifth floor from the top. Open your inventory, select all three keys, and put them on the gate to open.
  • Go through the passageway to find yourself in a new environment that seems me a basem*nt of ancient times.

Examine the Basem*nt

  • As the discussion ends between Cedric and Martin, the game adds a broken Sword of Light to your inventory.
  • Pick up bolt cutters from near the fireplace and use them to cut the locker on the cabinet storage near the wooden box to get tongs.
  • Use tongs to pull the ladder down and collect a crowbar from the top shelf and use the crowbar to open the wooden box to get a valve.
  • Now, head to your inventory to select the crowbar and use it to bring gum out of the handle. Pull the handle and come down to open the list, pick the Valve, and put it on the stick coming out of the well before you use the gum to stop the leakage.
  • Open the door after going upstairs and get into a new room where you must collect a hammer, magical spoon, Shield of Screaming, and Jug.
  • Step back and go down, head to your inventory to select the jug, and put it into the fireplace and other items, including Spoon and Shield of Screaming.
  • Open your inventory to select the broken Sword of Light, and tap the drawer with a blue light to bring it out to collect a Magic Ore.
  • Put the magic ore on the weight and play a mini-game wherein your goal is to find impurities by sweeping the container and shifting all impurities in a particular direction; later on, impurities disappear from the sport when at least three or more of the same color are combined.

When you complete the puzzle, the game gives you a Purified Magic Ore. Now you must put the broken Sword of Light on the weight, pour the Magic Ore, and use the hammer to repair it. Congratulations! You have completed the Adventures Escape Mysteries: The Squire’s Tales Chapter 7.
